Best office staff Ive seen in a long time. PA Marianne was great! If your looking for a provider that takes there time with you, this is definitely the place and well worth the wait. Thank you Ms.Tana, and Zue, you both were so informative and very helpful. It was a great overall experience. Thank you for Everything. I will see you on my next FUP visit.

I want to extend my appreciation to Tana, front receptionist, at this office. Tana went above and beyond customer service. Always offering a helping hand and friendly smile, she, as well as all the staff, are the best. My PA Jennifer Marshall did an excellent job of listening to my concerns and getting solutions to me in a safe and quick manner. I'm happy that I found this office so close to my home! Thank you!

Miscommunication between front office and staff at the back results miscommunication with the client. They do not fully explain how they charge for different visits and that create conflict.

I had an appointment on March 1 at the location in Lake Worth. The appointment was pleasant and wait time was minimal. I had to get bloodwork done before getting the medication. My lab results were completed. I have called at least five times and left messages. I have not received the medication. I am making an appointment with another doctor in the hopes of actually getting the care I need.

Staff was friendly but the front office staff lacks organization and proper follow up. No returned calls which is ridiculous. Dr Julie Forero was awesome but I left them because of their staff.
