Courtyard by Marriott Miami Airport

This hotel is 3 miles away from the airport and their shuttle didn't show up after waiting for 30 minutes.

Since I have been able to write reviews. I have written maybe 5 and they have been from places that had amazing service. With the above being said, this will be my first bad review. I do not have anything to say against the actual hotel, it has to do with the parking service at the hotel. I went with my family on a trip and used the services provided by the hotel to leave my car in their premises while I was out. Upon my return ,someone had stolen the catalytic converter from my car. The security company responsible for providing security service in the hotel do not respond to my calls and do not want to take responsibility for what happened. I believe that they should be held responsible for what happened to my car since I did pay for their services. Also, come to find out this has happened many times at this hotel ( The gentleman that works for the parking services told my wife) I would never recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to leave their car parked their for a few days. Please stay away from this hotel. You are better off getting an Uber or leaving your car parked at the airport.

Please stay away from this hotel if you are deciding to leave your vehicle parked there for a few days! My family decided to use this hotel to park our vehicle there from March 3rd - March 8th since we were going on vacation & it was cheaper than leaving it at the airport. Now I wish I would have left my vehicle at the airport! As soon as I turned on my car, it made this weird sound. I am not a mechanic but I knew something was wrong. My husband & father in law took a look underneath my vehicle & come to find out some one stole my catalytic converter from my vehicle! I spoke to the manager & all she could tell me was to call the police & to speak to the person in charge of parking. So I did that. Police officer told me that since my vehicle was there for so many days, they will have to send out a detective to review the footage( NOTHING HAS BEEN REVIEWED YET). The person in charge for parking, Cesar Marin, was not helpful at all. He even stated that this has happened so many times! We have reached out to him & to the hotel and nothing! Now we have to pay $1,000 out of pocket to fix my vehicle. I know it is not a lot of money but I should not have to pay for something that was stolen out of my vehicle in their hands. If anyone reads this review, please please please do not leave your vehicle parked there! Safety: Do not leave your vehicle parked there!!!!!
