British Swim School of Doral at LA Fitness

Unfortunately I didnt have a good experience. I enrolled my two children last summer but one of them was very scared and refused to get into the water. I called to try to get a refund because the child didnt join the class and my refund was denied, they just said that my daughter could take his classes. After 2 months my son tried again and he joined the classes. Also, my daughter took over 30 classes and took too long to pass to higher levels. Now she is going to somewhere else and she had to start from level 1 because when she took the test she didnt know anything she was asked for. It was a shame that after more than 30 classes she had to start from zero. When the kids begin the classes theyre given a swimming bag as a gift, however, I enrolled my two kids and the lady said she could give me only one for both which doesnt make sense because I was paying for two separate memberships also, the same lady gives them stickers at the end of each class and one day she said she could give me one sticker for both. How do you explain two children 4 and 5 years old that they have to share one sticker? I know this may sound funny but I work in customer service and details like this make a big difference.
