The dogs NEVER stop barking. MORNING AND NIGHT, the dogs are BARKING. I have a dog myself and when I'm not home, he's INSIDE. NOT on the patio where he's waking the whole neighborhood up at 5am. Get it together people

Today, Sunday, March 31, I went on a tour of the apartments and I really loved everything I saw in its surroundings and security, etc... I will soon pay a visit to find more information about what is needed... I hope that everything turns out well

The complex has went downhill since the new management took over. My friend was looking for a place to rent and I DID NOT recommend it. The previous managers and people in the leasing office made everything family orientated, they had events almost every month or every other & stuff for kids to do on holidays. The complex was clean and kept up to date, now walking down the halls it has just gotten very dirty and disgusting. I feel like this new management is money orientated. My former partner and I have also had issues with car vandalism on the property which they threatened to tow our vehicle if we did not move it out of the complex. I also been having legal issues for the past month which I asked for help from management and have gotten NO solution. Every time I reach out I get the same response of Ill see what I can do and get back to you by the end of the day ( I NEVER got a call back or an email with an update). I really thought she wanted to help me but, I have to call every other day for the past few weeks to see if theres an update then I feel as though Im annoying her by calling and sending an email about the situation. It has been weeks she hasnt reached out once to me to tell me anything (without me calling), Ive been calling every other day to get an update. Its still no help because Im getting the same answer always Ill see what can be done and get back to you by the end of day. , I always try to give her until the end of the day to see if she reaches back out and she never does. Its scary because Ive told them that I genuinely fear for my life and childs life here & showed them court paper work of my situation and if it was any help and basically Im getting the run around every chance I get. I think they are more worried about the money of loosing a month and a half rent because my lease is up in May & thats the reason Im getting the run around because they are only about business and really dont care about the well-being of the tenants. I appreciated the old management they made you feel like family. I hope they do better for future residents.

This apartment complex used to be Pomelo Park. They have recently become Century Vista Palms. I have no had any issues here. Maintenance is pretty good, and its quiet. I have to say that Jessica has been amazing! She has helped me with my overall lease, and many others with issues or questions regarding the transition to Century Vista Palms. She is very knowledgeable and is always on top of things. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

I have been a tenant in this property for 10 months and recently there was a change of management, all of this for the worse, the service provided by the maintenance of the apartments was greatly reduced. The grills in the pool area are out of service, something that has never happened during my stay at that property. Much to improve
