I cannot recommend Shahram enough he deserves every one of these five stars! From the get-go, his responsiveness blew me away. Just want to give a shoutout to my man Shahram, he was very knowledgeable, patient and easy to get along with. He answered every question I had to the best of his ability. I was in need of a lender and he did his homework in less than two hours. Most lenders takes two weeks to close, Shahram had it done in a couple of days. In addition to that I did not have much paper work to sign at closing because Shahram took care of anything. Hes the real deal. Once again, thank you Shahram, I will be doing business with you again!!!

Shahram is the Mortage expert. He answered all of my questions and explained everything in a way I can understand. Hes very responsive and worked hard to meet our close date. My realtor and title agents loved the small amount of paperwork we ended up with. He was also able to get us the best interest rate. I highly recommend

From our first moment of contact with Shahram, we knew we were in good hands. He worked with us diligently and efficiently to find us the right loan and great interest rate after learning about our home-buying situation. Throughout the process of buying our first home, he continuously updated us and kept us in the loop. He was very easy to reach no matter the time of day and answered any question we had no matter how small or big. It became very clear to us, early on, how important it is to have someone like Shahram in your corner when you're buying a home and need a team of people willing to speak with each other, all with your best interest in mind, importantly your realtor and title company. He was willing to speak with them to coordinate things, which made our experience more seamless. The portal for our mortgage was organized and easy to navigate, which made our home buying process easier as we could read paperwork no matter where in the world we were and could digitally sign things.
