        I took my Pomeranian in for a simple trim and shape up. I speciifically told the groomer not to give her a teddy bear cute and to ONLY trim the excess hair. I even showed her what I meant but it didn't seem like she was listening. I came back to her with the exact cut I didn't want. I'm honestly super upset. The people were nice but I'm never coming back here.

        I brought in my dog for a face trim, and explained very thoroughly how little of a trim I wanted around my dogs nose and eyes area. When I got her back, none of the instructions were followed. The cut from all angle looks crooked, short and very unprofessional. If I knew how bad of a job this groomer would do, I would never take her here. Very disappointing experience.
