CVS Pharmacy

Incorrect prices and labels for items on sale, store manager wont honor the sale price for items that are clearly labeled on sale. I dont know how its my problem that you cant keep your store and price labels in order, but Ill just go to a better CVS. Pharmacy staff and other staff are really great though despite the manager being terrible

Pharmacy employees, rude ! These companies need to start realizing theres a lot of other places to go. I wonder why CVS and Walgreens are going out of business overpriced and rude employees.

The pharmacy staff especially one of the very young boys they have working there is incredibly rude. He is always rushing me out of there. He acts like doing his job is such a burden. You cant ask a simple question without him interrupting or giving you attitude. New staff is 100% needed. I have complained and no one does anything because he continues. I work in the medical field so I dont say this lightly.

I use to like CVS. Now it's always horrible customer service at the one I use. They don't answer the phone, and if they do your on hold for a unreasonable amount of time, they're rude, and could careless about customers. You have continuously repeat yourself, its like they don't understand you. My entire family will be changing pharmacies.
