We are very pleased with this product and it has created a beautiful oasis for our back yard retreat!! The installation is simple if you have experience working with concrete. A little plumbing experience is also required. I had two helpers and it took us approximately 4 hours to complete. The people at RicoRock were helpful and informative. I give this company an A+.

This company and product is awesome. I did one waterfall feature myself and another grotto and slide with the use of a professional . Stephanie is fantastic and was a huge help in answering questions, explaining the products to me and getting me information right away. For specific construction questions Juan was so kind and helpful and really took the time to helping me make my dream a reality. In the end, RicoRock made my pool fantastic and fun, and most importantly, the kids love it.

I purchased the Texas 2 Step waterfall in flagstone color. TERRIBLE product! It leaked salt water into my yard from day 1 due to bad installation ("professionally" installed by one of their dealers). After 8 months in my yard the dealer never could stop the leak and after filing a complaint with the Attorney General's Consumer Complaint division I got a full refund. During this 8 months the color of the stones deteriorated surprisingly fast (see attached pictures). This is a cheaply made and overpriced product.
