Love the location! The room was excellent. Clean bathrooms, great staff. I was amazed at how nice it was here! I will recommend you to all my friends! Free parking, free breakfast! I could not ask for more! Rooms: Very clean! Thank you! Nearby activities: Easy walking to local restaurants and the St. John's county pier. The Hampton has a private walk straight to the beach from the outdoor pool area. Very convenient! Great for families.

Loved our stay here and would definitely stay again! The breakfast was so nice with a variety of items for everyone! Our room was spacious and the balcony was nice, we opened our door and breeze was amazing not to mention the views! The room did not come with shampoo/conditioner but we always bring our own anytime we travel, so that didn't bother us at all. We were able to walk down and have ice cream at Maydays, which was a great way to end our night. The beach is very close and although it was a little cold to swim, we were able to get out feet in. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family!

I'm disabled in a wheelchair, the staff here were so helpful, and kind. My room was perfect for the disabled, breakfast was delicious and always plenty, and going out the back door path to the beach was so beautiful watching the sun rise, very clean, organized, and well maintained, plenty of good restaurants, donut, and ice cream shops walking distance, I would definitely stay here again and again.
