Charles and his gang of nerds are the best! Theyre always on top of things for our company and when things go wrong they are quick to fix them and are very kind. Juan, Freddy and Richard are always so happy and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them for your business they literally take care of it all when it comes to computers. I didnt know anything about computers when I started my business I barely know how to use a smart phone, it was so overwhelming and insane I didnt know where to begin. I called Charles and the rest is history.

What an amazing team! Fredy is always so helpful with all of my IT issues, and trust me, I have a TON! Not only do they fix anything from me simply not liking the layout of something to basically saving my computer from a total meltdown (which also in turn saves me from a total meltdown), but they entertain while doing so! If you're looking for a strong and reliable IT team to assist your office, I highly suggest Medx. Kind, hard-working, and patient for even the least tech-savvy people!
