Lisa is the best care taker I've ever had, She has taken best care of my dog, sends me pictures and updates of him. If he does something outstanding She makes sure I see it. I do appreciate everything she has done for my dog, I would recommend her to anyone with my highest recommendation . Thank you Lisa for being the best. Sincerely, Ricky Bronson.

If I could give zero stars I would! We did a meet and greet as she has a rescue pit bull named phoenix and wanted to make sure all dogs got along before moving forward with boarding. During the meet and greet there was a concern with her dog and mine. She assured me that if I hired her, she would keep both dogs separated at all times. I hired Lisa to watch my Frenchie, my mothers dog and my baby Monkey from 1/15/23 thru 1/20/23. I texted her on 1/20/23 to inform her I was on my way to pickup my fur babies. When I arrived she informed me that her dog and mine were in a fight and my Frenchie was injured. She informed me that this happened on Friday and her and her husband had been bitten. Why in the Sam Hill didnt she call me, text me, or even email me at the time this happened? Why wasnt my dog taken to our vet which I provided before drop off? I ask myself these questions because a reasonable sitter would have! After speaking with Lisa at pickup she informed me she was bitten by trying to break up the dog fight and her husband was bitten by her dog. After observing my dog, he clearly needs medical treatment and her lack of urgency wasnt there! Once we left I received a call stating I had forgotten a few things and that she went to the ER for treatment and reported a bite incident referencing my dog as the one whom bit her and her husband! So which is it your dog bit or mine? I understand fights happen, but what I dont appreciate is telling me you will keep the dogs separated. If you had this would have never happened period! Ive ask for a partial return which she has denied at this time. She thinks I should be responsible for her and her husbands ER bills to top it off. I would strongly advise that you use another dog sitter then Lisas Dog Services! In response to Lisas remarks below, she is quite the lier. If you read all the reviews you will come to find out that her less than favorable clients seem to all have one common denominator and that the hospital. Im not going to get into a battle with her over whats the real truth because there is her side, my side and the truth. For some reason she doesnt know what truth she is telling. With all this said, I would still look else where for your dog service needs unless you want your pup to be another victim.

I met with Lisa to discuss the training needs for my dog and I signed up for two training lessons. She texted me to cancel the first training lesson 30 minutes prior to our meeting. Lisa never showed up to the second training lessons either and I did not even get a text. I texted Lisa, but I never heard back from her.

Lisa & her family watched our Long haired GSD, who is 4 years old for over 4 + days. He loved staying with them, you could see how happy he was when we picked him up, and how tired he is now. He is a family dog that requires constant attention, affection and overall a lot of playing. Lisa was able to give him that exact environement, and I know we will be having our baby boy stay with her again! :) She sent daily texts and pictures, and we were able to contact her at all times. Thanks Lisa!!

I hired Lisa and her team for the first time a few weeks ago. They are great with my 2 dogs that we left in their care. Her colleague, Tiffany, took good care of the dogs and the house for the 10 days we were gone. She was attentive and made sure she understood all instructions regarding feeding and medications. I gave them 4 starts only because of some minor issues that were later resolved. I would highly recommend Lisa and her team and will use them again.

There seems to be a little bit of confusion between what she wrote and the truth, To start with I explained it is difficult to keep two dogs separate in the same house and Terri explained that her dog, Rocco takes a little bit to warm up and then is fine and I believed her. As far as her dog and mine having an issue at the meet and greet is incorrect as it was her dog that was the concern and again she reassured me that her dog warms up after a lbit. IHer dog and mine were great together for three earlier days and I told her on day one when I was still able to reach her and her response was "that's great" but on the third or fourth evening Rocco, her dog wanted a toy that my dog had and if he (Rocco) had just taken the toy, it would have been fine but instead he attacked my dog and she responded by defending herself and this happened in front of me, my husband, and my six-year-old daughter as well as the other small dog we were watching for her. My husband jumped up from the couch to break it up and immediately had the tip of his finger bit off, YES, the entire TIP OF HIS FINGER. He ran to cover the rest of his finger and stop the bleeding, while I continued to try to break up the fight and at the end when my husband came back in to try and help, I had my finger bit, quite badly. I Regarding me not letting her know about the fight was because I was trying to decide if I should text her this information or wait until I could speak with her as she was on a cruise with no cell service. I had sent several updates and pictures with no response. didn't ask her to pay our medical bills until she wanted me to return half the money, she would have to pay for Rocco's vet bill and that's when I asked if she wanted to pay half of our medical bills as I thought that would be only fair.. And as far as Rocco's injuries, he had a puncture wound and as I was trying to stop my bleeding and keep my young daughter calm (my husband had already left for ER), I called a friend of mine who is a veterinarian technician over to help me and check both dogs. Terri and her husband also accused my dog of being the one to take the tip of my husband's finger off and my bite due to the fact that she is part American Pitbull Terrier. When everything was over Rocco followed me into the bedroom from his kennel and threw up my husband's finger and he was the one that co bit me. I would never alter the way things happened or who bit who. I feel sick to my stomach that this happened. My dog is very laid back and we have had multiple boarders, of all sizes, breeds, ages, and both sexes and ALL of my boarders have boarded with me more than once. I have apologized over and over again to Terri and her family. As far as the bite report, I was required to fill it out, I didn't have a choice and it was about rabies reporting and went to the Florida Health Department, I wrote on it the truth and even in the notes section I reiterated that it was an accidental bite that happened in the process of breaking up a dog fight, both dogs are fully vaccinated, and aren't the least bit people aggressive. If I had thought that this was even a possibility or if they had shown any sign that this would happen, I would have never had the two of them together. My husband is going to be disfigured for the rest of his life, I might need hand surgery, my daughter is traumatized, we have medical bills we can't afford and now Terri makes it that much worse by leaving me a bad review, knowing how damaging a bad review is to a small business.

I sincerely apologize for my needing to cancel and I reached out to you explaining that my six-year-old daughter had gotten sick and it became serious enough that she was hospitalized. I sent you a very long text via the scheduling app I use the same one you reached out to me through and I understand your being upset at me not contacting you however when I did I explained what went on and that I was not thinking about anything except my daughter and being with her in the hospital which I think is a little understandable further more to make it up to you I offered a very generous discount. When we had our consultation which is only supposed to be about 45 minutes I was with you and Fant for almost if not two hours and I went over things in great detail and I answered everyone of your questions and provided advice, new research, true facts that have been proven regarding the breed and I also provided my credentials and my experience with bully breeds and with aggression cases. I further explained that if I felt that Fant was beyond my expertise I would refer you to a behavioral specialist and explained what a behavioral specialist is. I had a training plan ready for our first training session and even did some rereading and some new reading regarding aggression cases and only ones that were about positive reinforcement as that is the only type of training I do. Once again I am sincerely apologetic for the circumstances surrounding missing our training sessions and I was looking forward to working with you and your handsome, lovable pup. My offer still stands on providing a generous discount should you want to give me a second chance. I wish you and Fant the very best and hope you find a trainer who only uses positive reinforcement training techniques and thatbhas experience with not only bully breeds but aggression cases otherwise the trainer could make the situation worse and no one wants that. I'm sure you will make the right decision as I saw how very much you love and care for Fant and it was clear he felt the same way about you. Wishing you two the best!
