    Horrible office staff. Fired them. The office manager will not return calls. If and when your lucky enough to get her on the phone she will say, "I did call you but you don't answer your phone",,,,Did this numerous times in the past. (No calls, no messages on the only phone I have, only place that can't seem to get me on the phone) Extremely unprfessional, as well as arrogrant. It has always been said a doctors staff can make or break a Dr. Patient relationship. Don't recommend this office, Now additionally, this office owes me 144 dollars when I was told by the office manager last year, I cannot see the doctor unless I pay them at the appointment, so I paid however, the insurance did as well. Contacted the office manager numerous times and showed all relevant documents but simply ignored me. She freely admitted there was a mistake but simply wont refund. Contacted several Florida agency's with complaint. I will definitely get my money. Oh and yes I will find the care I am looking for (Already have), so don't bother your copy and paste response. UPDATE: What an arrogant response. "Cyber Bully" lol you must be part of the woke. Since when is a review "Cyber bullying", by your ridiculous comment then all reviews are "Cyber Bullying"? No it's called a review and you were warned office manager. "fired" that's pretty precious. Let me clarify your misdirection to whom ever reads theses reviews, you don't employ me I EMPLOY YOU. Your office lost the rights to treat me, not the other way around honey.... I has all to do with the Office Manager. I see other reviews of complaints about her as well. I guess the Dr is desperate for help. Eventually she will be "Fired". Funny how you still have not addressed charging me for an office visit when the insurance clearly paid you?. Must have pocketed the money. This is a mismanaged office do not recommend.

    The doctors are good, the problem I have always had is with the front desk staff, they are rude, arrogant and liars, they make you look bad as a patient when you claim your rights or make them see that they are wrong, there is one that when I arrive He doesn't respond to my greeting or attend to me. I have to wait for my colleague so she can do the check-in and then the denials make you look like you're the crazy one, you as a patient. As for the manager, she threatened to call the police when, speaking without shouting, we told her that we had proof that she had not submitted the insurance documents correctly. In order not to look bad, she was saying that she had done it without knowing that she had the documents that she had submitted to the insurance and in the end she had to admit that she was not going to do anything after shouting in annoyance. It would have been better if she had been honest from the beginning and not having done her entire show. It is pride and anger dominates her in passing for just Talking to her threatened us again that we could no longer see any doctor, my husband and I, all because she looked like a liar. In truth, they are not doing you a favor, it is a company that provides services to patients and they are paid what the insurance companies and patients pay, I don't know why they don't have the slightest manners and by the way, when they make a mistake they don't apologize. But they maintain their position of arrogance and victims until the end. This has already happened to me several times but today is the last straw and the bad service must be made known because otherwise they always believe that everything that is done is good. I see that other people in the reviews have also had the same thing happen to them. I hope this is resolved because the insurance has asked me what the service is like there

This is all false your upset because we fired you from practice for being out of lien with all staff members including our office manager. She spoke with you several times. Its not very nice to just go on here and cyber bully as well. We are so happy you found the care you are looking for.
