        Work product is wayyyyyyy overpriced ! I dont mind paying for quality but they are ridiculous in terms of service charges .

        After month went back in after extensive but truly informative and enlightening phone conversation Jason and met with Matt to discuss way ahead after all the problems we had Control 4, Martin Logan Sound bar, stream box and apple box. The meeting with Matt was great!!!!! We got everything discussed, and Matt laid out a great way ahead to get us to where we wanted to be. I can not say enough about his thoroughness and professionalism. This is something that sets this company head and shoulders above others. I need to give a shout out the Sara and Samantha who do a very profession and wonderful job handling the calls of the frustrated customers , the scheduling and the billing.
