Cluster from start to finish. Run. I can't even get a response a year after they took my 50% down on a production run and never made the product. Stupid me. That was my second product with them. The first one took 7 months longer than it was supposed to, arrived and the tubes were exploding because of a micro issue. They begged me to give them another chance. Don't even hit the website. They're a disaster.

It is a party favor (yep balloons) company trying to become a contract manufacturer. Look up the owner. She has zero staff. Last person from India quit because her work visa expired. Look up Kim Canavan. Married to a Fix news reporter.
