I originally called because my water valve to the toilet was stuck, and I couldnt shut off the water to change the flapper. The plumber agreed that replacing the flapper would solve the problem. I live on a very fixed income and couldnt afford the additional fee for replacing the flapper. The plumber Alex spoke with his supervisor and they worked it out so I could afford it! Alex replaced the flapper, and that did indeed fix the problem. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Thank you Z Plumberz and Alex!

This wasnt the first plumber I called, but it was the only one with a real person to speak with. I was desperately searching for plumbers when I came across this name. Jose showed up on the same day that I called. He searched and found the leak, he gave us a price (which was considerably lower) than we expected.
