        Price is higher but you get what you pay for. Amazing service and staff. Love all the staff and love that they care for pupper as I would. Worth every penny. 100 stars from me.

        This location at Carrollwood is the worst. My appointment for both of my pets was on 8/9. The vet suggested I get my meds from 1800PetMeds since they didn't have the medication on hand. Since 8/13 I have been contacting this clinic to try to get them to approve the medication. Only 1 animal has been approved and 1800PetMeds keeps saying they keep faxing over request. I contact the clinic and they keep telling me yes we will call them. It's now 8/24, 11 days since I have been trying to get the medicine for my animals. This is unacceptable. The vet is nice, the office are horrible.

        I love this place. My last vet every time I picked up my pet it was as though she was traumatized. When I pick her up now she is happy and goes to everybody giving kisses. They are amazing about answering questions and are always available if I have an emergency.
