The hotel lobby and outside area are nice, clean and attractive but the rooms are old, moldy and need a deep cleaning or to be totally remodeled..I would look for another hotel if you need to be close to the airport. The room was dirty, found nail clippings on the desk and the hairdryer was sticky...it looks like it had never been cleaned...the ironing board was also dirty...pretty gross Rooms: Dirty

MK, the guest service attendant that helped us was kind, courteous, and very helpful getting us set up with our rooms. He even gave us drink/food vouchers to use during our stay! The main highlight of the Hilton Palm Beach PBI was the exceptional service we received. Staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Whether was arranging transportation, providing local recommendations, or fulfilling special requests, the staff consistently delivered top-notch hospitality. The hotel also features a range of amenities that enhanced our stay, including a sparkling outdoor pool right on a 10 mile lake, fitness center, and on-site dining options serving delicious food. Additionally, for those planning events or conferences, the Hilton Palm Beach PBI offers meeting spaces. My favorite part about staying here was the breakfast. Not only are you sitting in a glass atrium enjoying the views of the rising sun on the lake. There is a made to order omelette bar that offers a wide variety of ingredients, catering to anything you could imagine. As you sip your coffee and eat your freshly made breakfast you will thank me that you stayed here. Overall, Hilton Palm Beach PBI stands out as a an amazing choice for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and exceptional service in the Palm Beach area and near the airport. Whether visiting for business or leisure, guests can expect a memorable and enjoyable stay at this Hilton property.

Don't waste your time with a digital key, you can use it for your room but it won't work in the elevators. You will still have to wait in line to get a physical key. Staff is great, rooms clean and a good location.

Standard Hilton hotel with a Tony Roma's attached. Really nice gym and also has an outdoor pool and hottub.
