        I have used multiple pts and I never felt much improvement. Until a friend suggested Trudy. Trudy is professional. Patient encouraging gentle and effective. The major thing we worked on was balance and back pain. I would strongly recommend Trudy. I will call upon Trudy if needed.

      Tend and Release Physical Therapy and Wellness seeks to provide meaningful change in the lives of people in Acworth, Kennesaw and Marietta. We are able to provide affordable and accessible healthcare right to people’s doorsteps. This isn’t home health therapy, as we aim to help decrease the barriers to services. Childcare, transportation services, and busy schedules increase the difficulty with compliance in pain management. Additionally, healthcare costs are rising, making interventions unaffordable to many. We have affordable pricing for high deductible or high out of pocket plans. We also accept some insurances. 

       

      With a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, certifications in Manual Therapy, Trigger Point Dry Needling, and Trauma Informed Yoga, and ten years of experience in chronic pain, joint replacements, post operative care and neurological disorders, we can provide high quality physical therapy services for a variety of medical conditions.
