Walton Westside

Absolutely the best apartment experience I've had in Atlanta or elsewhere. The front desk and maintenance staff are all responsive, helpful and super friendly. The apartments themselves are great, and the grounds are constantly well-maintained. Walking distance to a ton of great places, super affordable. Can't go wrong here.

The Walton west side is a beautiful property with amazing amenities. The staff including the the property manager MaryBob go above and beyond to help you in the application process and more. I would 💯 recommend this property to anyone looking to live in West Midtown!

I have lived here a year, and wanted to compliment one security guard here. Hands down the best in the city. I've never seen him sitting around, on his phone, etc. He is constantly walking the premises (fast), parking deck, I even saw him just check inside the grill. I feel protected here knowing he is working. The man deserves recognition.

Walton Westside sets the standard when it comes to creating a top notch apartment experience. From move in, to maintenance, to basically anything you could need - Walton delivers. Kyle, Amanda and MaryBob are always so helpful and Kevin and the maintenance staff are fantastic. Apartments are in great shape and the community is in great shape. Convenient location, too.

I literally never want to leave, Walton Westside is absolute perfection. Our apartment is so beautiful with SO much natural light. Amanda was the best at helping us out when we were first touring and learning about Walton Westside. Kyle has responded quickly and been SO helpful throughout our(a little over) year of living here. The entire building and grounds are always so clean, the hallway smells good, the gym is always clean and beautiful, the rooftop is amazing, the location is everything.
