The Peninsula at Buckhead

This apartment complex never really seems to know what is happening, and it's unfortunate. If you're thinking about living here, don't do it. This area is just not a safe or good area. I live here, and my car was literally broken into, and we have security. However, that comes with living in this area. Break ins happen, but they shouldn't happen frequently. It's just too much to deal with living in this area. Sure, the apartments look nice, but they're mostly run down, and the fixes are miniscle at best. The mail room is also a mess. Don't get mail delivered here. Just get a PO Box. Overall, just run.

Timberley was so amazing! She helped and took her time with showing my friend and I multiple different units she understood what were going through with the Lavista Walk apartment fire. The softness of her and her coworkers is very much appreciated. Im sold on that alone! Thank you very much.

My experience has been a blessing. Recently loss EVERYTHING in fire and Timberley made me feel so welcomed. The property is well maintained. The staff we met were so gentle. This meant a lot considering what weve been through. Im super excited about being a future resident here! Please ask for Timberley! She is very patient! Also very thorough! Thank yall for allowing us in today!
