Chase Bank

UNPROFFESIONAL! My business partner and I visited this location today for a simple notary. Had we not complained about the initial 45 minute or so wait, we probably would still be waiting. The Banker (Her Name is Kina) was rude and had an unwelcoming disposition. The crazy part is I felt that she did not want to give us her name; and this was after we asked her for a business card. When you are in ANY business of serving the public, you cannot forget to SERVE! KINA YOU NEED TO DO BETTER. CHASE YOU NEED TO DO BETTER.

NANA A BEKOE needs to be terminated. Very unwelcoming disposition. Had me waiting for hours and the bank was empty while he laughed and joked. Then he failed to explain the process of why was it taking so long for a name correction that they banker set up and spelled my name incorrectly. Chase he needs to be out of there, this is not Chase core values

Went in the day prior to set up business account told me I had to have appointment so I set one up for the next day at 1:00 pm . I showed up then said my appointment was never set up that had to wait couple more hours or come back another day then gave me a folded up ripped piece of paper told me to put my info & would call me just as they did the day before had to reschedule my whole day went to Wells Fargo got to speak to a banker in 10 minutes no appointment absolutely worst experience chase is absolutely unprofessional
