Do NOT go to this office!!! My daughter visited in April for a cleaning, she is insured under my group dental policy. They billed us incorrectly and I’ve tried resolving this billing discrepancy for months. I’ve heard every excuse possible from this office; they are incompetent at best! If they can’t get a claim for basic cleaning correct there is no way if trust them with anything major. At my visit; I received a treatment plan for over $1000 worth of treatment; after the bill debacle I chose another dentist and she literally laughed out loud at their treatment plan. She told me I didn’t need ANY of the treatment suggested. Please save yourself the headache - and find an office that’s not trying to scam patients!

seriously so upset with the dentist here. I got x-rays done and my teeth looked at here and was told everything looked fine but then I went to a more expensive dentist office and it turns out I have an entire dead tooth that apparently is incredibly hard to miss considering there’s an abscess there. paid money at coast to get x-rays and they weren’t even looked at properly. would not recommend this place to anyone

By far the least professional experience I've ever had with any healthcare provider. I scheduled my first appointment as a new patient for a checkup and cleaning in mid August. After doing my xrays, they had me sit in the dental chair only to tell me that the hygienist had actually double booked during my appointment time slot and was unable to do my cleaning. They scheduled a second appointment for a few weeks later only to leave me a voicemail on the morning of to tell me their "systems are down" and that I would have to reschedule. When I called back to reschedule, the hygienist told me she was out of the office and would call me the next day to reschedule. I never received that follow up call. I was finally able to reschedule for today, 2.5 months after my first appointment, only to get a call 3 hours before my appointment notifying me that the dentist had called out for the day meaning the hygienist couldn't perform my cleaning by GA law.

I went to 14 dentist and non of the other would give me what I was looking for they were to high and unprofessional.i truly recommend them.

I love this office the staff is beautiful the doctor is cool they are very pleasant and made my dental anxiety go away. I love this team they are not uptight like other offices I've been to, they made me feel welcomed
