By far, the best Vet ER Ive ever used! Its stressful enough having to take a fur baby to the ER but the folks at VEG Brookhaven are absolutely wonderful, compassionate, and empathetic to the situation. They took excellent care of our cat, Donovan! If you find the need for an ER Vet, I highly recommend VEG Brookhaven!

I had such a great visit at VEG. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. This was my first visit at an emergency facility for my cat. I was extremely scared and I didnt know what to expect. The staff is SO exceptional. Explanations were so thorough and everyone made me and my cat feel loved and comfortable. My cat was seen by Dr. Franco within a minute of walking in the door. Updates were given often on text and I was also able to speak with Dr. Franco and Dr. Turner immediately when I called. 10/10 experience. Thank you VEG staff!

Cannot recommend this emergency vet enough! The atmosphere and people are wonderful and knowledgeable. They greeted us at the door by name, after I spoke directly to the doctor on the phone. Everyone on staff was kind, friendly, and helpful. Thanks to their help, my dog is on the up and up. So thankful to have them nearby.

They were compassionate and thorough. Dr Carter managed multiple patients at the same time and was very professional and kind. I would highly recommend this location to anyone with emergent pet needs.

Quick, compassionate care that wasted no time and made sure my kitty was as comfortable as possible. Knowledgeable staff that went the extra mile. Stayed with my cat and participated in his care as much as I wanted. 100% recommend for any pet emergency. I could not have asked for a better experience at a time of fear and uncertainty. We were triaged and roomed immediately. No time was wasted in examining my cat, Yama. We were allowed to stay together and I was even permitted to participate in his care, which did a great deal decreasing my feelings of uncertainty and uselessness. Things moved quickly and I never felt as though I was needlessly waiting as Dr. Baker explained her thought process throughout night. The team worked do hard to make sure Yama was as comfortable as possible. Despite the stress of the evening, Yama loved Dr Baker he has never been so fond of a vet and to have this impact on him in just 4 hours is incredible. I cannot say enough good things about VEG and Dr Baker. Without a doubt, I will return to VEG for any future pet emergency, though I hope to very have to.
