Checked in at 12:46 pm today and guess what. Im still here waiting four hours later. Its now 4:47. Why you ask? Well there are only 3 agent stations open. There are a total of 8, with 5 stations empty. Considering the traffic on this Saturday I cant understand why only 3 people are working. Not acceptable. Getting your passport shouldnt take all day. I was finally able to leave at 5:30. My recommendation for this location is to screen the walk-in customers better. Appointments, walk-ins without paperwork or requires copies/photograph, and walk-ins with completed paperwork, copies made, a photo already taken. I was the latter and sat almost 5 hours to spent less than 10 at the counter. The representative was nice, but they are severely under staffed. And if they continue to be under staffed vetting your walk-ins will help.

If you are looking to get a passport as a walk-in, just be aware that it will take HOURS to get seen. I walked in at 12:30pm, still waiting and it is now 2:30pm. I will more than likely be here until 3:30pm. A total of 3 hours. There were only 2-3 people working. One worker that was supposed to be taking care of the walk-ins, had to be pulled to check people in and people just kept coming in, so he wasnt able to continue taking the walk ins. Which is making the wait a lot longer than it should be. And right now another coworker is worried about the thermostat and how cold it is, than actually taking care of the customers. The priorities in this facility is messed up and they definitely need more people. I should have just made an appointment had I known that you could. If you can, MAKE an appointment. Do not do a walk-in unless you are the first person here.
