Don't go here. I had 700 dollars stolen at the front desk on camera, which was completely covered up. The police have bigger fish to fry, and if you are stolen from, they will ignore it. Horrible lifelong trauma from this experience. Oh, and the Hilton corporation can't do anything to help no matter your Hilton status. Long time diamond member with no support. Please avoid.

I stayed in this hotel this past weekend and lets just say its the worst experience Ive ever had in a hotel. First the room was not very clean looking. The sofa in the room was so stained I was afraid to sit on it. I found left over pubic hair in my shower. The one elevator they had in service barely worked. People were smoking blunts in the hallway near the elevator. To top it off they charge my over charged my card 430 dollars and the manager by name of Natasha doesnt want to correct their errors. I had to get corporate involved to hear anything. I recommend to never go to a place like this if youre in Atlanta/College Park area!!! Just ratchet!!!!!

Im a Gold member and my husband is Lifetime Diamond bc of how often we stay in Hilton brand hotels. This is quite possibly the worst property Ive stayed in. I write this review as I wait on my Uber at 4:12am bc the airport shuttle only runs every half hour even though we are 3 minutes from the airport. This isnt a shuttle share issue either, they are just intentionally doing the bare minimum. When I arrived last night I waited over 20 minutes on the shuttle and eventually hopped on a Hilton shuttle. That driver offered to drop me off here. When I arrived the front desk attendant had intentionally taken the phone off the receiver which explained why she never answered my calls. She didnt greet me other than glancing up to acknowledge Id walked in. My room was clean, so thats something. However, when I went to use the phone in the room, I noticed the protective keys sheet had been removed from the phone. I wonder if thats just my room or if they dont want anyone calling the front desk. I dont know, but do yourself a favor and stay at the Hilton or HGI nearby. This place is a dumper fire.

On April 7th after midnight ,we checked into our hotel. After we checked in Mr. David stated I will walk you up to your room. I paused and asked why. He stated they ran out of room keys. So I asked further questions because I was so confused. We got upstairs other guest were waiting on him to open their doors. The other guests are drunk making noise in the hallway. At that point I felt UNSAFE. Mr. David should not have allowed check ins without room keys . I was not given an alternative. I asked for a manager before going up to the room. He said Ms. Nataha returns on Monday. Fast forward, we are now home. I have called Hilton Diamond Desk and filed a safety report. Hilton Diamond Desk request that I call to see if a manager was on duty today. So , I called Ms.Chez (manager on duty) begins to yell I told David to do that . Well, what you want me to do. Yall needed yall room. So thats what he had to do. You should have told him to cancel and refund. (Her exact words) I proceed to say, I will call Ms.NaTasha and Hilton Diamond desk about your tone and compassion. Ms. Chez says, So call them. She obviously doest care. She then proceeds to hang up on me TWICE. I didnt yell at her once. I have traveled domestic and international very often and not one time have I encountered a hotel that ran out of room keys before notifying them AND I have never encountered such a rude person as Ms. Chez. As representative of Hilton and manager, awful customer service Ms.Chez.
