I thoroughly enjoyed my interactions with all team members at this location, from the door attendants through to the front desk and to the dining service staff. All members showed kindness and dedication to making my visit feel special and memorable. I particularly enjoyed the service of Matt and Carlos at AG. Cheers!

I would recommend this hotel as a guest, however not as an employee. I was invited to attend a hiring event for this particular location and was shocked to discover just how discriminant this company is. I was informed that I didnt receive a job offer because I dont look the part, which Im not sure means. Prior to, when I contacted the front desk in regard to the status of my application, the representative I spoke with was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. Despite, I still persisted to interview. However, Im glad to not have been given an offer. I couldnt imagine working for such a company. Employees deserve better.

I recently had dinner in the Ritz Carlton lounge and it was nothing short of amazing. Anna and Ayana were such a pleasure. The food took a little long but I didnt even notice because those two wonderful ladies were so personable and gave me the best time! Ayana made the best martini Ive ever had (and Ive had plenty lol). The live music was an added bonus and such a delight. Im not from here, but needless to say whenever I visit Atlanta I will definitely be returning just for these two! I would even consider staying at this hotel. Definitely a wonderful experience. Food & drinks: Amazing!
