I honestly wish I can give a 0 . A family member is detained in ICE and Ms Kanu has been holding on to our family USCIS information from us . She refused to give his family the login information to his USCIS account . She keep making excuses and lies about receiving his calls or letters . Hes been calling from the ICE DETENTION center for months with know response from MS KANU about why shes not releasing his information. Ive been paying her and she refuse to give me the information. She also created a fraudulent document stating that our family was denied and when we did our own research because something just didnt feel right it came back that she lied and created this document lying to him for what reason I dont know . Weve been very respectful and it took me months to write this review because I really didnt want to leave a bad review for another black woman thats trying but at this point you dont care about our family and your holding information from us . We think shes hiding information from us but I dont understand her motive . I will be reporting her firm to the bar if she doesnt give us the information we need because this is insanity . This situation is significantly withholding vital information and important documents from the individual which amounts to dishonesty and theft. I will keep writing reviews until we receive his documents
