        Arjee Warrior, the Allstate agent, has made my time at Allstate bareable. I was ready to drop them and go somewhere else for a better quote because my payments went up out of nowhere. She was able to adjust the price and make it more affordable for me. Arjee is also very profession as well. She even called a week after to follow up. If you need an agent, please ask for Arjee because she will get you right.

        I previously believe this was a good company until I was lied to about certain policies and procedures. I am not a disgruntled customer who cannot pay their bill. I am a customer who consistently pays my bill, and was still lied to being a good customer does not matter with them.
