Drive Social Media - Atlanta

I was excited about working with this company based on their sales pitch and onboarding process. Unfortunately it went downhill quickly after that. I paid them about 8x the amount I paid a company the year before for my Facebook ads. Not only have I not received an increase over last year, I've received a dramatic decrease. They warned me about turnover during their onboarding process and made it sound like it was a great thing because of their growth. It's not. So many different people work on your account it's like starting over every few weeks. Management didn't respond once I started voicing concerns. After multiple attempts to speak with someone I finally received communication once I announced I wanted to cancel our agreement. They then told me everything was working great and that the other companies I was comparing them to were wrong. Meanwhile I haven't had an appointment from their work in 3 months and these other locations are getting double digit appointments from their agency. Drive Social Media still tries to get me to believe they/we are doing great. I have less leads, less visits to the website, less appointments and less revenue, but somehow they think they are crushing it and want me to pay them to get out of the contract. I would run as far and as fast from this company as possible.
