I order 2 tones of 57s rocks. Paid up front and they bring me a tone of marble rock. Should have know by the high price they charge. 2 tons look like one ton. Who weighs this stuff. Had to order 2 tons from someone else and the plies looked like 2 tons when they delivered. They get your money n short you on material. If you never seen 2 tons before you wont know any better. Bad choice.

tl:dr The Westside lot (good) is everything the Eastside lot isn't. Congestion: (other customers/trucks/mat'l handling equipment/cars/etc) In comparison to the Eastside lot, the Westside lot is a ghost town. Parking: The Westside lot's parking has approx twice the parking area of the nightmare that is the Eastside lot, which is nice if you have a trailer. Product examination: Instead of looking at the Eastside lot's broken up and shabby sample product displays, on the Westside lot you can just walk up to the actual bins and see and compare the exact materials you'll be buying. Personnel: On the Eastside lot, there is generally a nice guy there to speak with and ask questions of aggregate types, etc, but the guy in the pay-window seemed unsure of what he was selling and how it could be bagged etc today. The Westside guy knows exactly what you want, rings it up and has you on your way. If you are a do-it-yourself type personality, know what you want, and want to avoid chaos and confusion, drive a couple of miles further to Westside location and have a relaxing experience. Suggestion: The Westside lot, when you drive up, doesn't actually look like a retail operation at all. The container office has a single sign which says "Employees Only" They badly need a pay window sign.. perhaps that's why it's so sparsely trafficked -- it's doesn't look like a storefront operation, it looks like it's strictly for contractors. This is the only location I'll be going to from now on.
