Totally un professional and rude. I called the company and they transferred me to someone named Dean. I was asking about a run down property in my neighborhood that they owned and he got an attitude and hung up on me. Sorry that the property has been sitting there for 5 years and not to mention the fact that it is super run down. Terrible company.

Terrible. Unprofessional and rude. Your website is public , the property I was inquiring about is public record, There was absolutely no need to be rude over the phone about inquiry on the property. The point of contact for the property never called back after leaving a voicemail a month ago. WHEN DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC NO MATTER WHAT YOU MUST STAY PROFESSIONAL. THERE WAS NO NEED TO BE RUDE AND CUT OFF A PERSON WHILE THEY ARE SIMPLY ASKING ABOUT A PROPERTY. AND BY THE WAY THE FIRST CONTACT POINT SAID THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THEY WANTED TO DO WITH THE PROPERTY SO THAT IS WHY I CALLED BACK TO TRY AND SPEAK TO SOMEONE. BUT NOW AS AN INVESTOR I WILL NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY OR SEND POTENTIAL TENANTS OR CLIENTS TO THIS COMPANY OR THE ATLANTA REIA .
