        Terrible experience with Kelton at this company. The buyer lost $2,500 in Earnest money bc they could not close the loan, although I was reassured she was good to go prior to accepting the offer. Poor communication - every time I asked for an update on the status of the loan or appraisal, I was referred to his assistant & given vague answers days later. Use at your own risk, I won't accept any contracts with this company as the lender. I feel so bad for the buyer
