The employees here are so entitled and condescending. Came here to do a quality exchange and the woman who helped me, didnt do much but make repeated comments that Im not taking care of my align leggings and jacket. Im not new to lululemon and I know how to care for my items. Its one thing to say oh this is how you should wash, but to tell me 3 different times in the 30 minutes I was in the store is absolute ridiculous. And lets be honest, they act like it comes out of their paycheck to honor the quality promise. For all the girlies who need to do a quality promise exchange, you might as well just do it online and avoid the drama and rude comments!

Asians never buy clothes here..!! A manager named Jenn here kept staring at me until the moment I walked in and out of the store. That's why I felt bad while shopping here. I will never want to buy clothes here again. The manager was Spanish american woman.

Horrible service. The manager, Jenn, raised her voice and then when I stood up for myself she accused me of the same and refused to honor their own policy. Ive spent $5-$6,000 at lululemon and NEVER will again because of this woman. I also want to add that this was to exchange a pair of pants that I bought two weeks ago that is already coming apart at a seam that isnt even a stress point.
