The last time I took my furry family member, the new vet on duty, who had never met me or my baby, made zero effort to build report with her so she was terrified. The respiratory infection was not treated well and had to take her to a different Banfield because when I called back, because my baby was getting worse, they could not fit me in, even though Ive had all my babies on Banfield pet plans for the last 20 years now. I had to go an hour out of the way to another location, who prescribed meds to get from pharmacy, that after going to over 10 pharmacies, I was basically told no one stocks that. Im done, tired of going to a factory vet. Which is terrible because they have some great techs, but I want a vet that actually cares and knows my baby and me, where we arent just $$$

I took my new baby Chica here for her first vet visit, and as always, the entire staff was great! Check in was quick, the front desk staff, techs and vet were all very friendly and helpful. This location took care of my previous baby for over 10 years, so Ill definitely be bringing Chica back for future visits when were in town!

I really disliked this location until my dog got Dr. Chattos one day. Our dog ended up having an uncommon condition. She was very up front about everything and was super open to trying anything we felt was necessary. She worked with us to get a referral to UGA vet school and has helped us keep him comfortable until they were able to see him. I appreciated the fact that she admitted to learning and researching about the condition along with us. Just shows they are willing to help and learn! Our dog has such bad aniexty we always have a one on one appointment in a room. Yes it usually take about an hour, but that usually includes getting lab work ran for him. Will probably switch over my cats from the Howell Mill location to here their next visit.
