    We had a bad experience with my husbands car. Fender bender was in December. Was told to bring in January. First told my husband about 10 days . Then gave a date late in January. Then given about 3 different dates in February. Once blamed it on waiting on welder. Was told one day it was in the paint bin but when we rode it was clearly sitting in the same spot in their parking lot with the front off. Finally got car back middle of March. Looks and seems good but something is now messed up with the Bluetooth. Dont recommend them. And this is my first time ever giving a negative review online on a business.

    Went by Classic Collision 8415 Hazlebrand Rd. NE to get a quote for a repair on 2/29/2024 and was informed that they only accept insurance repairs not self-pay. So, if you want to pay out of pocket for a minor body issue (door Moulding partially off) rather than file an insurance claim, do not waste your time.

    I was told my truck would be done in 2 weeks, as of today, it has been 4 months and still no truck. After a month I called to inquire about my vehicle as I had to pay for rental out of my pocket at this point. I was told my back glass was on back order and that was all they were waiting on. Fast forward a couple weeks after that, I was informed that the painter quit and that my vehicle wasn't even painted. My issue with that is, they did not take every measure possible to ensure my truck was done in a timely manner. They very well could have had my vehicle towed to another classic to be painted. I was told the day before yesterday that my vehicle was in clean up at 2pm which should have been ready to go same day. Clean up takes about 30-45 minutes. QC takes about 5 minutes. Here we are two days later 3/8 and my truck will supposedly be ready today. I haven't been offered rental reimbursement, discounted repairs, or even a waived deductible. I DO NOT recommend this body shop as they are dishonest and unaccommodating. Edit- thank you for the reply as your aim for quality was missed by a long shot like Shaq shooting a free throw. Fish eyes and trash all in the paint on my truck. I posted the picture for you to see. As Santa said seeing is believing or was that Justin Bieber.

    Went to the business this morning and requested an estimate for body work. I was asked if insurance would cover the repair? I stated that I have insurance, but would pay out of pocket (door moulding coming off). I was advised that they only take insurance repairs. I find it incredulous that anyone would turn down cash money.
