I reached out to five local area septic companies over a week ago for a septic pump, inspection, and clearance letter prior to a home closing in Tyrone and only three bothered to respond. I ultimately chose Firehouse Septic based on 100+ positive reviews, responsiveness, a firm all inclusive quote based on no unexpected issues, and the fact that they are local to Tyrone. Eric showed up early in the expected arrival window and completed the pump and inspection efficiently and professionally with as little damage to the lawn as possible. The service was fantastic. Eric was able to schedule me next day. He located the tank quickly and did minimal excavation to get to the hatches of the septic tank. I would highly recommend.
