        The individual came out told me the honest truth about my oak trees they'll be around for a long time he reassured me that I didn't have anything to worry about and my family and I are in the home we live in and safe with that we say thank you they're good people they don't cut unless they have to it's not about money it's about the security and the comfort of the family in which the trees might cause damage to the home thank you and stay blessed Mr Mays and family

        Less than stellar field work but excellent front office support. Sadly, 2 follow-ups later, the result was a daily tripping hazard because "'no one wanted to dull their blade.' Ohh,. OK, never mind. Thanks. New GC charged$$$ to remove it b4 ext reno..

      You cannot grind right up to concrete. It is a hazard to the property, the machine and the operator. It’s spinning carbide teeth at 3000rpm for grinding wood & not concrete. We explained this at length prior to commencing work. I’m sorry you still feel like we withheld good service from you, even after two follow ups attempting to address your concerns
