ATTENTION-IF YOU R LOOKING FOR A BATHROOM REMODEL CONTRACTOR BEWARE OF HYBRID PLUMMING. "Brandon Donahue" owner. I am sorry to have to write this review as Brandon, Johnny, and their crew were very nice and easy to trust initially. I engaged and agreed on a price to totally redo our Mst. Bath, this included full demolition, new shower pan, all new tile, new toilet, new bathtub, whole works. Over a period of 2 weeks, Brandon had crews here at least 4 days and demolished everything. They installed a new shower valve in my middle bath. This allowed us to use it while others were worked on. I could go through all they did. Everything they did was left unfinished. Johnny Donahue put in ceiling lights in my kitchen and family room, left main chandelier hanging, all new lights had squares cut out of sheetrock and left that way. The ceiling was supposed to be fixed and painted. Just left and never came back Brandon was my primary contractor. He would always talk a good talk. Promise things, timelines, and talk about what he was going to do next..then 1 week went by and they did not come to work on my house when promised. Ignored my calls and texts. Finally telling me, "Oh sorry, we have been sick, and I can show you Dr's. Notes." Then I went through trying to communicate for 2 more weeks! It is so upsetting because there just was no reason that made sence to me. Basically, over a 3 week period, he totally ghosted me! They left over $8,000 in revenue they had agreed to do for us. $6200 of that was just to finish the bathroom! It's so frustrating and maddening, and you just can't believe someone who lies and treats a client this way. We had paid them at this point $18,000. My bathroom was left in shambles, my new vinyl flooring was left incomplete without thresholds, holes in ceiling, shower valve was never adjusted so you do not get the right mix of hot and cold. Brandon and Johnny both kept saying it was just an easy adjustment to make, but it was never adjusted. Not to mention all the other projects they were going to do. I was left in a terrible spot. Thankfully, I found 2 guys that were here every day by 6:50 am. I'm still not finished with the projects that started 4 months ago. Don't believe Brandon. He talks a good talk, is knowledgeable, and is very likable. For the record, the installation of our hotwater heater is fine. The shower pan was installed well. Overall, it has been terrible, and I just would like to warn people. I am happy to discuss and can provide pictures. I would like to believe this was a one-time occurrence, but as smooth as they were in ghosting me, I doubt it!

Johnny is a great guy and I cant say anymore how happy happy happy I am that he took care of making sure my folks had their water heater replaced and working when the old unit stopped working. Totally would recommend Hybrid again! Service: Water heater installation
