I purchased my Aerus Electrolux back in 2012 after having my 1st child. Sadly, it took a tumble down our strairs and needed to be replaced. Chris was so kind when I came in. He offered me a trade in for it and also cleaned and serviced our guardian angel air purifier. Richard, Chris and Teresa make a gream team. I have always had Electrolux vacuums and was debating whether I should repair or replace my 20 year old vacuum. Rich was extremely knowledgeable about improvements in the new model vacuum as compared to the older versions. He provided lot of information about the HEPA filter system in particular which was a concern to me because of allergies. I would highly recommend this vacuum and shop.
