If I was given the chance of leaving 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service, starting from the manager Jermaine, who hangs up on the customers just because he feels like it. I arrived the 18 very late in the day and left the 19 around 12. It was a late check out by about an hour give or take but they found it appropriate to charge me a whole night for that and the manager said my housekeeper told me you told her, you were staying over another night I said no Im not staying and I never told your housekeeper that.. but I guess a housekeepers word is more important than a customer to Mr. Jermaine , this was around 2 pm on the 19th checkout day and they were refusing to give me a refund because I backed up their inventory as stated by the manager, a whole $154 for leaving at 12 is ridiculous. So I told them ok, you want to charge me a whole other night for an hour that I checked out late, I will turn around right now and head back to the hotel and I need my room keys since you are charging me for a whole night. The worker on the phone said give me one minute, he then came back and said were going to give you a refund but you can never stay at this candle woods again they knew they were wrong or else why would they tell me I cant stay at that establishment again. Its sad such a beautiful hotel ruining its name by having poor staff operate the establishment, the attitudes the workers and managers have they need to be across the street working at the motel 6. Its horrible that they disrespect customers this way, especially veterans, will never go back here. Save yourself the hassle.
