The Eva

I moved in Feb 12th and so far things are going great for me. At first I was worried after reading all the negative reviews, but it apparently was from the last management team, I moved in under the new management team Yasmeen Aliosel, Tracy Silinskas and others have made my experience has been above par, although they inherited all the issues from the past team, I see them doing the best they can do and I would recommend The Eva as the place to reside in Sandy Springs.

The Eva Apartments are awesome second to none. Yasmeen is very genuine and has crossed all my Is and crossed all my team. She is all about team and Mark has really played his part as a team player as well. Dynamic duo and they are really standing on business 1000% Damien

There was someone that got shot a few floors below me and a massive German Cockroach infestation when I was here in 220-2021 Don't let the reviews fool you, I was asked to leave a review after I signed my lease. They switched management 2 times for the 1 year that I was there

Don't live here....but was delivering flowers...and the agent onsite was bougie..she wouldn't let me in to deliver residents flowers...I explained to her the customer was not answering phone..on the box..and the delivery number I had for her..was disconnected...she wouldn't even take it at the front desk...left me standing in the rain... looking at me....had to take flowers back...felt bad for customer...it was her bday....don't have things delivered here. ** Update in response to owner**...this review was not an error! You the error....tell that to the resident who didn't get their bday flowers that day .
