Stay away from this firm. For a simple real estate transaction question, she charged me $500 without justification why she charged me this much. I would definitely not hire her any more.

The attorney, Mrs. Primm, stated she didnt believe my case was credible and that she would call the other side and ask them if I really had a case against them. She then stated if they agreed to tell her they would settle with me, then she would take the case. If your case is out of the ordinary and you need someone to stand up for you, choose someone who at least gives you common courtesy and doesnt hang up the phone while youre speaking. That was very unprofessional and hurtful. I know my case is credible. I am shocked she hung up on me while I tried to explain.

I wish I had looked at the reviews before I called this so called law firm. hired Ruth Primm because I am having issues with the neighbor above me and the people in the office really don't want to deal with it. All Ruth did was call the corporate office of the apartments but when she called me back she was trying to convince me to move. I was charged $400 to do nothing. She said she charge $350 hr so why was I charged an extra $50. She is a rip off and all she did was call the corporate office. She could have told me from the start it was nothing she can do. Do your research before hiring a lawyer. This was totally a rip off and a waste of time. Believe me you will regret it

I did not actually have to hire them, however, I did receive a free consultation. Mr. Penland helped me to know my rights and how to proceed with my situation.
