I come this area about 8-10 times a year to visit family and this is the only hotel I will stay at. Its always clean, Ive always felt safe,the people at the front desk are always extremely friendly and helpful, the location is very convenient and the beds are the most comfortable beds Ive experienced in a hotel. Ive only ever had one issue in all my stays here and that was with another loud guest and the gentleman at the front desk went above and beyond to resolve the issue. My one and only complaint is not all of the rooms have a fridge.

My husband stayed here because if work, he was very disappointed. Several of the amenities shown in their pictures and listed on their site do not exist. There is no fridge, microwave, or coffee pot in the room. They also tell you that you cannot vape in the building, which makes no sense. To top it all off, the GPS to them is very very wrong, which isn't 100% their fault but they can have it changed if they just cared enough. Will not be a repeat customer.

Rooms are dirty, locks dont work some rooms dont have a lock / latch. Michael who works at the front desk has a nasty attitude and is very rude. All in all stay somewhere else if you can help it. The best thing about this hotel is the price, however you get what you pay for. Safety: Not safe. Noteworthy details: The staff is hit or miss, Michael was very rude and got into arguments with hotel customers in the lobby. He had a nasty attitude and needs to be trained or let go.
