        I'm very glad I found Dr. DiCarlo. I feel like he takes his time with me and never seems to be in a rush to move on to the next patient. He addresses my questions/concerns and makes sure I have an understanding. In this day of modern medicine, where some doctors at times seem to be more interested in volume, Dr. DiCarlo always seems to be more concerned with his patient.

        Dr. DiCarlo showed genuine concern for my well-being. Between surgeries, he came and saw me for a question that one of the nurses had. Then before he left for the evening came once again to see me. This is how you would like to be treated by all your doctors.

      Dr. DiCarlo graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry and molecular biology with a minor in public health. He earned his doctorate in medicine at the Medical College of Georgia. He completed an internship in general surgery and residency in urology at the University of Kentucky. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Urological Association and has co-authored a variety of publications.
