Dr. Akin and the entire staff as BVNS made us feel so comfortable and seen throughout our entire visit. We came in after an emergency vet visit a few days prior and were treated so well, and felt so confident that they were doing everything for our dog.

I was referred to this location from my primary veterinary for my sweet furry baby. He wasnt doing the best and from the moment we walked in, we felt nothing but peace. Everybody was friendly from the front office staff, the technicians, as well as the actual doctor. I am very appreciative as my dog is doing wayyyyyy better. If you have any concerns or questions they do an amazing job of answering them. I am very grateful for the staff here.

I appreciated the level of care that came across in all of our interactions, both toward my dog and myself. They spent a good deal of time reviewing prior history, physically evaluating my dog, and asking relevant questions. It came across as being thorough which I honestly struggled with at another Neuro (Blue Pearl). After my dog had a MRI the doctor did a great job of trying to explain things so it was understandable and digestible. Its evident shes very knowledgeable and informed. Most importantly, she was transparent about what to expect going forward. I left feeling like I had some level of clarity in connecting all the dots of information I had received. Also, while this may seem small, they clipped my dogs nails. Not sure if they had to or not but he was definitely overdue for a trim. It was a small gesture that was appreciated.
