Highly recommend Kahea Pestano- her stick to it attitude, great sense of humor & customer service are outstanding. She assisted me in resolving an issue with online access to my policies. She kept me in the loop and was able to find a solution. Mahalo nui Kahea! Kahea has assisted me with yet another dilemma- this one surrounding home owners insurance and a mortgage company. Whew- all in all she hung in There (3 months) to get the payment mailed to correct address. It was a crazy event but with Kaheas tenacity and professionalism the process finally ended. Shes a problem solver, maintains her confidence & provides her client with a solid resolution! On a scale of 1-10 Id give her a 20.
