I placed an order online and I emailed them about picking it up instead of them shipping it out they got back to me the very next morning, Giving me more information about it, we were able to work something out perfectly. I picked up my stamps and they're beautiful and perfect and the owner was so sweet and I highly recommend if you want quick reliable service and they're very responsive to email and phone calls.

We wanted a stamp for our handcrafting business. We were going to order a stamp on Etsy but found that it was only a "fill in the blank" kind of stamp, so we decided to check out RSODS instead.Nana is the woman behind the counter and she is very friendly and enthusiastic!! We showed her what we wanted from a seller on Etsy and asked to make it "Made with aloha" rather than the Etsy one that said "Made with love". She showed us some variations in different fonts and voila! DONE!! Stamp was actually cheaper than the one we were looking at on Etsy, PLUS no shipping charges and was ready the next day!When we picked up our stamp, I had another stamp to order! Hahaha!! When we pick up my second stamp we ordered, we will have ANOTHER stamp to order!! Hahaha!!We will see Nana Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday because we need that many stamps!! Hahaha!!Thank you Nana and RSODS!!
