        Shar was so helpful and wonderful to talk to! She helped me get my old phone working again so I could transfer everything to my new phone. I hadnt updated anything and she patiently worked with me and my phone until it all updated. She also let me stay in the store and not delete my old data until I was comfortable with everyone my new phone (even though it wouldve still loaded if I left). She also explained storage, updates, and the cloud for me in a way I understood! She was very patient and friendly!
