Poor communication and promised work to be completed on a certain day and it never happened. No one has time to play games. If you can’t make it on a certain day, do the right thing and call the customer ahead of time. Don’t make the customer continuously call you to confirm if you are coming and ask why you are not there when promised. I get it, you’re busy. We all are. Be upfront with your customers and tell them what’s going on. Your customers are adjusting their life and time to adjust to your work schedule. Be courteous and consider that for future customers.
