We had a wonderful stay. The ocean views are phenomenal and the location is convenient. The condo we stayed at was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again!

We were fortunate enough to stay at Pili Mai 12B from Feb 3 - 12,2023 and are so happy that we did! It was absolutely perfect for our family of 3 couples, with each couple having their own bedroom and bathroom. The condo itself is very spacious with ample room for everyone in the living, dining and kitchen areas. It is tastefully decorated and beautifully appointed with all the necessities of holiday life, even including beach chairs, towels, boogie boards etc. Conveniently located within a beautiful development which includes access to the beautiful pool, hot tub and bbq's, it is a short 10-15 minute walk to gorgeous Poipu Beach! Regarding the actual booking process, I have to say it was perfectly seamless. The level of communication as the time of our holiday approached left no questions or concerns. Any questions we may have had were quickly addressed, going so far as to sharing suggestions of activities on Kauai and offers of assistance if we needed help in arranging anything during our stay. EVERYTHING about Pili Mai 12B was perfect! If you are fortunate enough to spend your holiday here, you will not be disappointed! We definitely hope to book a return visit!

The perfect stay! We were a group of 10 that stayed 7 nights. We did not have to purchase anything besides food there was plenty of soap, shampoo, conditioner (all of which was of good quality), trash bags, toilet paper, etc. We didnt feel cramped at all. The services were wonderful, providing great suggestions on restaurants, excursions, etc. The location is a great place as it is very close to the green belt walking trail. Would absolutely recommend and definitely stay here again!

We love this neighborhood on Kauai. It is quiet and safe, with nice new construction houses that have all the modern amenities. We have stayed in a couple houses with this company now. They have both been high end homes with nice kitchens, good beds, and kid friendly. Two of our favorite amenities are the outdoor showers and the pool cover. #35 is in walking distance to the The Shops at Kukuiula. There is a small grocery store, restaurants, toy store, clothes and other shopping. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.
